Our vision here at Deliverance Family Worship Center can be found in Isaiah 58:6-8, "To loose the bands of wickedness, and undo the heavy burden on the lives of millions. To see the oppressed go free, and to destroy every yoke of bondage by the anointing of the Holy Ghost so that people may walk in true abundance and the liberty which is rightfully theirs in Christ. To deal bread to the hungry, shelter the poor and cast out, and clothe the naked, presenting to a lost and hopeless world the mystery of God which is Christ in you, the hope of glory."

On July 22, 2002, DFWC held its' first church service at 403 Scott Street. Pastor Walker prophetically stated to the congregation that, "the mortgage on this property will not be carried past 7 years". Sunday, December 27, 2009, DFWC held it's mortgage burning ceremony for the property located at 403 Scott Street. This property is now home to DFWC's Daycare & Learning Center which opened October 19, 2009.
